Purchasing Products
All prices are quoted in Euro's and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of posting the information. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charges.

The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

Order confirmation
Once we have received your order we will send you an email as confirmation. This email will contain your order number which should be used if you need to track your order. You will receive another email once your goods have been despatched with details of our designated courier and tracking number.

If we discover an error relating to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the error and confirm that you still wish to proceed.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices of the products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information is posted on the site. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information, including product description, appearing on this site at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the moment you place an order.
Due to technical limitations, slight variations between colour and texture of the actual product and the image of the product shown on this website are to be expected.

No order is binding on you or Sharai until we have accepted it. You will own the item we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the postal service, or with our carriers, or in payment in full of the price of the item and any delivery charge, whichever is later. These terms and conditions cannot be varied by you or us unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any item that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'check out' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from outside the EU, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction into the currency of your account.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the E.U. may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country ("import fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customers clearance must be borne by the recipient; Sharai B.V. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change in price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

 

 

 

Shipping and Handling
Sharai B.V. will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of order acceptance, subject of availability. In most cases orders will be despatched on the next working day. All goods will be delivered by our designated courier service. Depending on the delivery address, deliveries will take between 1 and 3 working days. At Christmas and other busy times delivery can take up to 14 days. Please note that because we use carriers to deliver your products, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

When ordering products for deliveries overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customers clearance must be borne by you. Sharai B.V. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Sharai B.V. you are considered the 'Importer of Record' and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products.

If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, then the courier services leaves a calling card giving the number to call to arrange re-delivery. If re-delivery is attempted without success on 1 other occasion, the goods will be returned to Sharai B.V. offices.

When you order online, you will be asked to enter the country of delivery. After this, we will calculate the delivery charge appropriate to your destination. Worldwide delivery is available.

Once your order has been despatched, you can obtain the parcel tracking number by viewing your order details.

Return Policy
We hope you will find your Sharai product fabulous. However, if you are not happy with your goods then you may return them providing we receive them within 14 days of receipt.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing the item is returned in a new and unused condition. They should be in the same condition as when they arrived with the original packaging intact and tags attached. Please note that you are responsible for taking all due care to ensure the times are received in a good condition and not damaged in transit.

BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM please contact us by email at returns@sharai.com to obtain a return number. Please email us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

When returning the goods please write this return number on your invoice and the outside of the box.

Please note that any goods that are not accompanied by an official return number will NOT be accepted. Post and package costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty.

We are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us.

Please make sure you send the package back registered mail and signed for.

In the event of the goods being faulty we will cover all costs for postage and offer an exchange if the product is in stock or a full refund.

Please check your order carefully before sending it.

ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS can be returned on an exchange only basis.
